For employees
Ask Roscoe. From the rig, the clinic or home.
When your employer offers Roscoe, you can ask about your own benefits in plain words, any time, and get an answer from your plan documents with the page it comes from: medical, dental, vision, life and disability. On WhatsApp or in the app.
On your phone
Your card, who to call, and your plan. One message away.
On a 14/14 hitch the HR inbox closes at five and the benefits guide is a 60-page PDF. Message Roscoe on WhatsApp or open the app: the same Roscoe answers everywhere, from your plan's reviewed documents, and says so when the wording doesn't settle it.
On WhatsApp, from the rig.
A voice note at 6:42 a.m. Because it touches your health, the answer comes with a link to the secure app, not in the chat. A question about the deductible is answered right there.
- Voice notes in 14 languages, photos of bills read
- Short replies that arrive on a satellite link
- Health details never sent over WhatsApp; reply STOP at any time
You asked: Send me my ID card
Here's your ID card.
Show it at the front desk or the pharmacy and they can check your coverage with the carrier.

You asked: Is physical therapy covered in Midland? The medic says I need my shoulder looked at.
Yes.
Physical therapy is covered for up to 30 visits a year, with a $50 copay per visit in-network, and you don't need a referral. After 12 visits, your therapist needs prior authorization from Fictional Lone Star Health.

Your ID card, and who to call.
The card the clinic or pharmacy asks for, the nurse line for where to go, and 911 first in an emergency. Then your plan, with the page it came from and the next thing you'd want to do.
- Cites the plan page every time
- Says what's covered, limited, excluded or needs prior authorization

What you can ask
What people use it for.
What does my plan say?
Physical therapy, scans, dental, vision, maternity. Answered from your plan's reviewed documents, with the page.
What's this bill?
Send a photo. Roscoe reads it and explains what to do with it, in the secure app.
Am I covered here?
Whether a doctor is in-network at home, whether you're covered abroad, and what to do before a scan, surgery or treatment in another country.
I fly out tomorrow
Roscoe checks which certifications run out while you're away and gives you the numbers to save.
Where's my request?
Changes you've asked for, who has them now, and when they're due. Followed to the end.
My family, while I'm away
Give your partner their own Roscoe on WhatsApp for the family's cover. You choose what else they can ask, like when you're home. They never see your messages.
Use it while I'm home
What your plan gives you without being ill, like a health check or counseling, and when you're next home to book it.
Changing jobs
Make a passport of your certificates and cover dates. Send the link to a recruiter, or bring it into your next employer's Roscoe.
Your privacy
Your employer sees the work, never the conversation.
What you ask Roscoe is yours. HR sees that a request exists and where it is, so they can help move it. They never see what you said, your claims or your medical details. That rule is enforced by the database, not by a setting someone can change.

Does Roscoe decide whether I'm covered?
No. Your carrier decides coverage and claims. Roscoe explains what your plan documents say and shows you the page. If the wording doesn't settle it, Roscoe tells you so and who to ask.
What if it's an emergency?
Call 911 or go to the nearest ER. Roscoe can show your plan's numbers and ID card, but it isn't an emergency service.
Can my employer read my messages?
No. HR sees administrative requests and their progress, never your conversation, claims or health details.
Do I have to use WhatsApp?
No. WhatsApp is optional. You can use the app only, and remove a connected number at any time in Settings.
What if my plan moves to a new insurer?
Roscoe shows what changes for you, line by line from both plans' schedules, and which insurer to claim from for treatment before and after the date.
How do I get access?
Through your employer. If they've invited you, sign in with your work email. If not, ask HR whether Roscoe is part of your benefits.
