For brokers · the kit
Bring Roscoe to a client in a week.
The terms in plain words, the week day by day, and a note to send your client. Nothing to install, nothing to log in to.
The terms, on one page
Who does what, and who pays.
In plain words. The signed version is a one-page agreement that says the same; we draft it with you for your first client.
You
- ✓Stay the broker: advice, placement and the carrier relationship are yours
- ✓Send HR the plan documents you placed, or HR adds them
- ✓Reply to requests from your own mailbox, as you do today
Roscoe
- ✕Answers the client's people from those documents, and says when they don't settle it
- ✕Never recommends cover, compares carriers for an employee or decides a claim
- ✕Sends you only what each request needs, with a case reference and a due date
- ✕Puts your name, logo and colour beside Roscoe's, for clients who agree
Money
- ✓The employer pays Roscoe a flat fee per employee, disclosed in full
- ✓Roscoe pays you nothing, and you pay Roscoe nothing
- ✓The fee never depends on what cover is placed
Privacy and stopping
- ✕You never see an employee's conversations, and HR never sees health details
- ✕Your brand shows only while you're the client's broker, and their HR can turn it off
- ✕The client's records stay the client's, whoever their broker is
The week, day by day
From yes to the first answer.
Who does each step, and what it needs. Most of it is HR's, guided by Roscoe; yours is the documents and the mailbox.
- Day 1 · the client and Roscoe
Yes, and your name on it
Your client agrees to Roscoe and to your brand. We set up the employer, each plan you placed, and the route to your mailbox.
- Day 2 · you or HR
The documents you placed
The policy wording, the table of benefits and the member guide for each plan, added in HR's Documents.
- Day 3 · HR
Plan check
HR asks Roscoe the questions people ask and checks the answers against the documents, then signs them off. Nobody relies on an answer before that.
- Day 4 · HR
The roster
A spreadsheet import, or the HR system's sync. Invitations go to the first group.
- Day 5 · HR
The launch
The launch kit, in your brand: a five-minute toolbox talk, the poster for the mess room, and the message to send.
- From day 6 · everyone
Questions, and requests in your inbox
People ask Roscoe. Anything that needs you arrives with a case reference and a date, and your reply is recorded.
A note for your client
Copy it, change it, send it.
Written to be true of every client, in your voice rather than ours. Change anything you like.
Subject: Your people's benefits, explained at any hour Hello, We'd like to give your people a benefits colleague they can message from the rig, the yard or home: Roscoe. It answers questions about the plans we placed for you from the plan's own documents, on WhatsApp or in an app, at any hour, and says plainly when the documents don't settle something. It doesn't give advice or decide claims; those stay with us and the carrier. Anything that needs us reaches our mailbox with a case reference and a date, so nothing waits in an inbox. Your HR team never sees anyone's health details or conversations, only administrative progress and counts. You'd contract with and pay Roscoe directly, a flat fee per employee. We're paid nothing for recommending it, and it doesn't change what we're paid. If you'd like to see it, we can show you on your own plan in thirty minutes.
Can we have a demo with our own name on it?
The live demo on the brokers page carries a fictional brokerage's name, logo and colour, exactly as yours would appear. For a client meeting, we'll show it on that client's own plan, with your name, once they've agreed.
Is there a signed partner agreement?
We draft it with each broker for their first client: one page, saying what's above. Nothing in it pays you, or makes you pay us.
What if the client changes broker?
Your name stops showing when you're no longer their broker. The client's records stay with the client.
